!pump <bet> [easy|medium|hard|expert]

How to play

Type the bet and a level: !pump 100 medium.
Press Pump to inflate the balloon one step. Every safe pump raises the cash-out value.
Press Cash out before it pops. A pop loses the bet.

Options

Type	Means
`easy`	One popping step on a 25-step track (the default).
`medium`	Three popping steps.
`hard`	Five popping steps.
`expert`	Ten popping steps.
