Paying people
Send coins to another player, tip them, or ask them to pay you.
Commands

!tip <user> <amount> | Tip a member, or reply to their message with !tip <amount>. A tip is at most half your wallet. |
!request <user> <amount> [note] also !req | Ask a member for money. They get Pay and Decline buttons. |
!payments <on|off> | Choose whether other members can pay you. |

A tip is a quick thank-you with no confirm step. Reply to someone's message with !tip 50, or name them: !tip @Friend 50. A tip can be at most half your wallet.

!request @Friend 50 pizza sends them a request with an optional note. They press Pay or Decline. A request expires after 10 minutes, and you can only have one open request to the same player at a

Turning payments off
!payments off stops other players paying or tipping you. !payments on allows it again, and !payments on its own tells you which it is.
